The Richard Passarelli Community Library will serve as a specialized space dedicated to vital military research and conversation. Public support is required to ensure these books are readily available for observation and circulation to veterans, students, researchers, and patrons like you.
Take direct responsibility for the care of one book in our collection. Your name or a personal dedication will be permanently inscribed on a commemorative bookplate inside that volume.
Help fund the physical library build out. At this level, an entire shelf will hold a permanent plaque with your name or dedication for every patron to see.

We are proud to share that a formal commitment has been received to name our library in honor of Richard Passarelli. This vital support comes from dedicated partners celebrating his legacy as a decorated Navy veteran and visionary labor leader. Through his work with the Utility Workers Military Assistance Program, Richard spent decades ensuring transitioning service members found meaningful careers. He truly exemplified the spirit of the Citizen Soldier, and we look forward to a formal announcement later this year.
