The Pritzker Military Museum & Library will host a special live recording of The Middle with Jeremy Hobson, a nationally syndicated public radio call-in program in Kenosha. The Battle at Home: Addressing Veteran Mental Health will bring together veterans, advocates, and community members for an honest and impactful discussion. Held before a live audience, the evening will foster an atmosphere that is both deeply reflective and hopeful, even as it explores the serious challenges facing those who have served.
The event will be hosted by journalist and host of The Middle, Jeremy Hobson, and will feature:

This special episode of The Middle will invite attendees and listeners nationwide to take part in a candid conversation around a pressing question: How can we better support the mental health of veterans as they navigate life after service?
Together, participants will explore the realities of combat-related trauma, the transition to civilian life, and the power of peer support in healing. Audience participation will play an important role throughout the program, with attendees encouraged to engage directly in the conversation and contribute questions and perspectives during the event.
